Terms of Service — LoomProof Keys

Overview

LoomProof Keys ("the Service") is operated by Signal Loom AI™ (AIM Elemental Health Solutions, Inc.). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

LoomProof Keys monitors API keys you register with us. We detect unusual activity, send alerts, and help you rotate compromised keys. We do not act as a credential vault — we monitor, we don't store plaintext.

Plans & Pricing (Locked 2026-06-25)

• Scout — FREE forever: Monitor up to 5 API keys. No credit card required. Includes anomaly detection + email alerts.
• Scout PAYG: $5/key/month for each key beyond 5. Billed monthly via Stripe.
• 25+ keys: Monthly plans (contact us for custom pricing)
• 100+ keys / Enterprise: Custom contracts available

Legacy tiers (Sentinel $79/mo, Garrison $199/mo) may exist in Stripe for grandfathered customers only — not publicly offered.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Register API keys you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Use the Service to circumvent rate limits or billing of upstream API providers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Attempt to access other customers' data, alerts, or key information

Accounts & API Keys

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LoomProof account credentials
• One free account per email address; additional accounts require our approval
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service
• If you register keys for a team or company, you represent that you have authority to do so

Data We Process

See our Privacy Policy for full details. Key points:

• We hash API keys in your browser — we never see plaintext
• We store key metadata (service name, first/last 4 chars, registration date) for display
• We process anomaly telemetry (region, volume, timestamp) but not request bodies

Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from downtime. Anomaly detection is best-effort — false positives and false negatives can occur.

Billing

• Scout is free — no charge, no credit card required
• PAYG tiers are billed monthly via Stripe in advance
• Failed payments may result in suspension after 7 days
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy)

Intellectual Property

• LoomProof, the LoomProof logo, and related marks are our trademarks
• Our software, algorithms, and service design are our proprietary IP
• Your account data, alert configurations, and registered key metadata remain yours

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from Settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, all associated data is deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy)

Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for upstream API provider outages, policy changes, or security incidents

Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be announced by email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
